Along with your contest entry and a 250g jar of your very own Hookah Freak flavor, you receive the official Hookah Freak T-shirt, voting rights to the 2012 Hookah Freak blend-off, and a sampler of the top 10 Hookah Freak contest winners to decide on the 2012 Hookah Freak Blend Master.

*Round 2 Voting: Sunday, March 18^th, 2012 – Saturday, March 24^th, 2012 – final 10 flavors (Top 10 Flavors are produced and distributed to all contestants.) *Round 3 Voting: Saturday, April 1^st, 2012 – Thursday, April 19^th, 2012 (Contest Winners are announced: FRIDAY, April 20^th, 2012)
